Thank you for shopping with RedFlag Studio! Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience with us.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within India are 2-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, regional restrictions, or natural events.

SUPER EXPRESS

Our Super Express orders are prioritized and dispatched within 24–48 hours via local delivery partners such as DTDC. In most cases, delivery is completed within this timeframe, however, it may take up to 72 hours depending on location and logistics.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us immediately.

In rare situations (approximately 1 in 100 cases), delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances from our end or the delivery partner. In such cases:

If your order is delivered after 72 hours and you still choose to accept it, the Super Express shipping charges will be fully refunded.
If the delay exceeds 72 hours and you no longer wish to receive the order, a full refund (including product and shipping) will be provided.

We aim to ensure a smooth and fast delivery experience, but appreciate your understanding in rare delay scenarios.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Redflag Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you as much as possible in this process.
