What is Redflag Studio's . policy on returns and refunds?

Store credit will be issued after the return has been received back and passes the Quality check(no tags should be removed and should come with original packaging and unworn and unused) . Kindly note that the delivery fee will not be included in store credit.

We do Not Offer Refunds unless the item you've received is damaged or defective in which case our team will thoroughly inspect the item after we have received it back and payment will be refunded in your bank account within 3 days of us receiving the product if there's no discrepancy found.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified since we ship orders within 24 hours of being placed.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery pan India in 2-4 days.
How much will shipping cost?
Domestic orders: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Offers: We may from time to time offer free international shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid and the above will be terminated for that duration.
Exchanges and returns for international orders. The return shipping and reshipment needs to be handled by the customer . So please refer to the size chart before ordering
Could I change the shipping address of the order?
Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
